1. Limited Lifetime Warranty
All Lightsaver flashlights are covered by a Limited Lifetime Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. If your flashlight fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge, subject to the following conditions:
The product was purchased from an authorized Lightsaver retailer or our official website.
The defect is due to manufacturing issues, not misuse or accidental damage.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
What’s Covered?
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
LED failure under normal usage
Switch or circuit malfunctions due to factory defects
2. What’s Not Covered?
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic damage, battery degradation)
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
Water damage beyond the flashlight’s IPX rating
Lost or stolen products
Accessories such as batteries, chargers, or holsters (Batteries should last between 500 and 700 Charge Cycles)
If your product falls outside of the warranty coverage, don’t worry! We offer a full repair service at a reasonable cost.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your flashlight is defective and covered under our warranty, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our support team at info@ukukhwela.co.za with:
– Your order number or proof of purchase
– A detailed description of the issue
– Photos or a short video showing the problem
Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your claim and provide a Warranty Authorization Number (WAN) along with return instructions.
Send Your Flashlight for Repair: Securely package your flashlight and send it to the provided address.
Repair or Replacement: Once received, we will inspect and either repair or replace your flashlight. The process typically takes 5-10 business days from receipt.
4. Our Complete Repair Service
Even if your flashlight is out of warranty, we believe in keeping quality products in use rather than replacing them unnecessarily. Our expert technicians can repair most issues at a reasonable service cost.

5. Warranty Shipping & Costs
Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs for sending your flashlight to us are the responsibility of the customer.
We Cover Return Shipping: If the repair is covered under warranty, we’ll ship it back to you for free.
