1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
The item is in unused, original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
The product has not been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return:
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Customized or personalized products
Items that show signs of wear and tear, modification, or damage not covered by warranty
3. Return Process
To start a return, follow these simple steps:

Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
Packaging & Shipping: Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Inspection & Refund: Once received, we’ll inspect the item. We’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days if it meets our return conditions.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after the return is received.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
5. Exchanges & Replacements
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

6. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Free Returns for Faulty Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Cancellations & Order Modifications
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed, but eligible items may still be returned.
